This position oversees all aspects of HR operations, management, administration, maintenance, HR and marketing research and development to ensure that the bank has human resource that meets and achieves the bank’s operating goals and objectives.
Ensures the bank is managed by highly-qualified banking professionals that are highly motivated to perform and achieve the bank’s goals and targets.
A University Degree in HR or Business Management.
Must have at least 3-5 years minimum experience in HR Management in a regulated environment.
a) Work closely with Management to recruit, hire and train new staff.
b) Identify skills and knowledge gap and provide intervention where necessary.
c) Continuous upgrading of HR to meet the bank’s growing needs.
d) Prepare and submit regular staff performance reports to Management and Board.
e) Research and test and seek approval for acceptance of latest HR interventions and programs prior to implementation.
f) Reviews and monitor capacity of HR systems to prevent or address business interruption and disaster.
g) Assist Management in reviews of customer feedback and makes recommendation for improvement or change.
h) Ensures the bank’s HR practice and policies adhere to local labor regulations and BPNG standards.
